Those Viral Mystery Squishy Dumplings At Five Below Are Being Recalled
Following trends isn't always the best idea.
If you were lucky enough not to know, earlier this year, people were flooding Five Below stores to get their hands on the viral mystery squishy dumplings, specifically, the glittery ones, which you didn't know if you had it until you bought it and opened it.
When I tell you these little toys got out of hand, I have proof:

They're Recalled
In a plot twist we all saw coming a mile away, Toyworld168 (the makers of the dumplings) have recalled them, specifically called the 'Rainbow Mystery Squishy Bun Toys'.
Its because the water beads that are inside dumplings can be squished and expanded larger than is allowed for toys, which poses a danger for kids to ingest the water beads.

The recalled lot was sold June-July 2026 (which is around when this insanity was).
If you have one, stop using it and reach out to Toyworld168 for a refund. You're asked to write 'RECALLED' on the dumpling and the package in permanent marker, throw it away, and send a picture of it to toyworld16850@gmail.com.
No injuries have been reported.
