New Eastern Iowa Asian Fast Food Restaurant Opening Soon
We've known that this Asian fast food restaurant has been in the works to open its newest location in Eastern Iowa. No, the place isn't new to the area or really to anyone, but for their grand opening, you can do some good while also getting something for free, depending on if you get there in time.
Back in October of 2024, we told you that Panda Express was opening in the Daven-dorf area on 53rd St. You know, where it's still Davenport but pretty much Bettendorf?
Either way, Panda Express is opening their newest location super soon. If you're reading this article today on March 25th, it's tomorrow. If you're reading this on the 26th, that's today.

Panda Express Opening New Location in Eastern Iowa
Panda Express, the largest Asian dining concept in the U.S., will officially open its newest location in Davenport (4711 East 53rd Street) on March 26.
A Community Celebration is planned for 9:00 am on Wednesday, March 26 to help welcome the latest location to the area, plus the first lucky 88 guests in line will get a free t-shirt.
The Davenport Central Marching Band will be on-site performing, while the Chamber coordinates a ribbon cutting. As part of the event, Panda Express will be giving back 50% of event sales to Davenport Central.
“Our entire Panda team is grateful to serve the Davenport community by providing nearly 40 new jobs and supporting local organizations through various fundraising opportunities,” said Fayzuddin Kurbonov, Panda Express Area Coach of Operations. “We hope to be a lasting part of the community and welcome all guests into our doors to try our American Chinese favorites and discover their own.”
Panda Express Davenport offers all of Panda’s iconic dishes, including the world-famous The Original Orange Chicken®, award-winning Honey Walnut Shrimp, and guest-favorite Broccoli Beef entrée.
