Peeping Tom Reportedly Spotted Filming Up Women’s Skirts at QC Businesses

How creepy. According to WQAD, a man has been spotted allegedly following and filming women at local businesses, including Walmart and Hyvee.

Davenport resident Vanessa Hodges says she noticed a man following her around at the Kimberly Rd. Walmart recently. When she brought up the incident to a Walmart employee, she was told the same man has been known to try and film up women's dresses and skirts with his cell phone.

Hodges shared a post on Facebook about the encounter and was told the peeping tom has been seen around town. Her co-workers also saw the man at Hyvee on Locust St and he appeared to be attempting to film women again.

The article states that Hodges has filed a police report, but Walmart so far has no comment on the incident.
