It looks like I need to move to Wisconsin because they are winning big up there in the Badger State.

Wisconsin Lottery officials say that the winning $1,000,000 Powerball ticket was sold at Festival Foods Village on 2500 State Rd. in La Crosse, for the February 10 Powerball drawing.

The Festival Foods Village Powerball ticket matched five of five numbers, 2-17-18-29-43, but not the Powerball of 3.

Big Powerball wins have been making news in Wisconsin during February. In the 3 days leading up to this $1 million win, a winning Powerball ticket of $50,000 was been purchased.

Players have 180 days from the draw date to claim their winnings. Information on how to claim a prize is available at wilottery.com. Players can also check their tickets using the Wisconsin Lottery mobile app, available on the App Store or Google Play.

Wisconsin Lottery retailers who sell winning tickets over $599 receive a two percent Retailer Performance Program Winning Ticket Incentive, up to $100,000.
