Well, this is definitely one way to ensure job satisfaction.

Everyone's favorite grocery chain, Hyvee, announced that they will now offer health insurance to part-time employees in addition to full-timers.

“We’ve got 85,000 employees. This benefits package is available to about 58,000 of our part-time employees,” Amy McCoy Communication Director Hy-Vee said.

According to WQAD, to receive the benefits, the worker must be a least 19 years old and put in at least 20 hours a week at the store. The insurance packages start at just $200 a month and there are options that include health, homeowner's, dental, and even pet insurance.

Hyvee is reportedly the first grocery store in the state to offer insurance to all employees.
