Like I said yesterday...'tis the season...for theft and desperate people in and around the Quad Cities.

According to KWQC, a pair of women stole donation jars from the Mother Hubbard's Cupboard in LeClaire last month. One was set up for "Dimes for Dogs." The other was set up to help out the store managers family with medical bills after her son passed away recently.

The thefts took place October 17th at about 9pm. There is surveillance video of the women here. If you know the women, you are asked to call LeClaire Police at (563) 289-4242.

A Gofundme page has been set up to help the family with the expenses.
