So many of us have our daily battles, struggles and hang-ups. Learning how to get over them and truly overcoming the things that make us feel small, can be a challenge for anyone, including children of celebrity parents.

Rumer Willis is on the cover of Glamour magazine and tells about the struggles she often faced as a child. From mean reporters and people making rude comments about her body and looks, to feeling insecure because her friends thought her Mom, Demi Moore was 'hot', and her own body image issues that developed as a result of the internet and her realization that her Mom was a smaller size than her!

My favorite part of Rumer's essay is when she wrote:

"It's difficult, but the moment you stop saying, 'I'm really fat,' or 'I'm ugly,' and just say, 'Wow, I have this,' then you'll see a change," she writes. "We all need to stop bullying ourselves and being cruel to other women. Attacking one another instead of supporting one another has become the norm. Life's hard enough as it is."
