Spring Social for Quad Cities Women Entrepreneuers
This isn't another networking event, ladies. This time is for you to renew and reset.
While networking is the best way to get new business, new clients or new potential leads, it's even more imporant that you take great care of yourself, especially if you're an entrepreneur. That's about as straightforward and honest as I can be with you. Ask me how I know.
When you don't take care of yourself, you are less productive, more stressed, more overwhelmed and it's only a matter of time before your business, your health, your finances and/or your family and relationships suffer.
I'm going to give you some more of that straightforward advice (whether you asked for it or not):
Do not let yourself fall into this 'I don't have time to take care of me' trap.
Renewing your sense of purpose, renewing your mind and renewing your health will only help you and your business. Giving yourself permission to take a few moments to reset that mindset can give you a fresh perspective. And when women feel refreshed? Watch. Out. World.
Learn about natural health tips to keep your going, win door prizes from the vendors, grab a drink and hear local motivational speaker and author, Laura Hansen give her amazing insights on the life and work balance, along with keeping your worth through it all. I had the privilege of meeting Laura a few times now and let me tell you from personal experience, she's a wonderful wealth of knowledge.
Here's what you need to know to attend.
