Sterling Man Arrested For Flashing Female Residents

Local News 4 reports that a Sterling, Illinois man has been arrested for flashing female residents while driving around in his car.

19-year-old Josue Lucas was arrested for public indecency recently, following complaints made to the Sterling Police Department. Several women had been flashed by Lucas while walking on area streets.

Incidents had taken place from July 21 through August 6.

Lucas was released and is set to appear in court.

The Sterling Police are still investigating the incident, and are searching for more women that have been subjected to Lucas' flashing.
