Suspect Captured Following Moline Shooting [UPDATED]
One is dead following a shooting in Moline late Thursday night.
Police responded to a report of a shooting at about 10 p.m.
The shooting occurred in the east parking lot of the Westwood Terrace Apartments.
One male was found on scene with gunshot wounds.
A red four-door vehicle was seen speeding away from the scene.
Police later arrested 22-year-old Kaleb Mallek in Iowa City.
He is charged with aggravated battery with a fire arm and is being held on a one million dollar bond.
Moline Police and Rock Island County State's Attorney will meet to to seek extradition. Additional charges are pending.
