Central Iowa

We all have fears to conquer, but in Iowa, it seems many of us share the same one. I’m among those who are afraid of the topic we’re discussing today—something that we all must face in our lives.

At this point a lot of us know that highly processed food isn't the best for us. We also know hot dogs fall under a list of foods that probably aren't the best for us either. Many of the "worst" hot dogs are actually sold nation wide, and in Iowa.
