Mother Nature is dragging her feet, but the weather is starting to get warmer! And when we finally get some consistent warmer temps, we're going to have to figure out what to do with ourselves on weekends. We can't stay inside and waste the warmth, especially since we live in the Midwest.

Of course, if you need to entertain a group of kids, or visiting family, activities can take a toll on your wallet. So, the Museum of Science and Industry is offering a little help to Illinois residents.

The MOSI will be offering free admission from June 3-5, according to ABC7 news.

More than a dozen exhibits will be on display, including "Science Storms," which lets guests control a simulated 40-foot tornado. Some exhibits may require an additional, time-entry ticket.

The Museum of Science and Industry is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Guests just need to show proof of Illinois residency for free admission.
