The Perfect Caitlin Clark Gift Now At #1 Grocery Store In Iowa
We're all still doing some last minute shopping and that's totally alright. For the Iowa and Caitlin Clark fan in your family, finding something affordable and that will get here in time for Christmas might be challenging. Luckily for you, the #1 grocery store in the U.S. and Iowa has the perfect gift for that Caitlin Clark fan in your life.
Hy-Vee announced on Thursday that Caitlin Clark fans now have the option to purchase size 3 and now size 6 limited-edition basketballs from the Wilson Sporting Goods Inspire Series, available at select Hy-Vee stores across its eight-state region starting today.
Some stores (I won't point fingers at the West Locust Hy-Vee store) had them out before today and ironically enough, I bought a size 3 basketball for my daughter for Christmas Wednesday evening. I had to get dryer sheets, a Scrub Daddy, and color catchers and when I was checking out, I saw that basketball and thought, "Caelyn loves shooting hoops on her like basketball hoop in the basement. She'll love this for Christmas!" If you're thinking by telling you this that she's going to find out she's get that for Christmas, don't worry, she's not even 3 yet.
I don't know if they are the same price or not, but the sign on the table with both sizes and editions had a sign that said $19.99. I know for sure the size 3 mini basketballs are that price. Don't quote me on the bigger ones.
As part of her larger partnership with Wilson, Clark designed two new basketballs for the Inspire Series – the Tribute and the Dreamer. Hy-Vee will be the exclusive retailer selling the basketballs throughout the holiday season.
The Tribute ball pays homage to Clark’s time with the University of Iowa women's basketball team. The Dreamer ball (pictured above) is designed to encourage current and future athletes to pursue their dreams. The basketballs will be available in two sizes—size 3 and size 6.
