This QC Fast Food Restaurant Is Least Likely To Mess Up Your Order
There's nothing more frustrating than leaving a fast food drive-thru and realizing they forgot part of your order. Luckily, that doesn't seem to be much of an issue at this popular chain.
According to a recent drive-thru satisfaction survey by QSR Magazine, Chick-fil-A has the highest level of order accuracy out of the ten most popular fast food chains in the US. Chick-fil-A orders are accurate a whopping 97.3 percent of the time.
As for the fast food restaurant that's most likely to screw up your order? KFC has an accuracy rate of just 69.9 percent, meaning 30 percent of the time, you won't receive what you ordered. Yikes.
I haven't been to either Chick-fil-A or KFC recently, but I know the former is famous for having amazing customer service. I'm not sure about KFC's customer service, but screwing up an order over thirty percent of the time is pretty staggering.
