Jeremy Lee Hand, 20, and Xavier Zane Sourwine, 18, both of West Burlington, were arrested on Tuesday for damaging over 30 cars. They were charged with first degree criminal mischief.

According to OurQuadCities On April 19, the Burlington Police Department responded to several complaints about criminal mischief in the south hill area of Burlington. What the police found was shocking. there were more than 30 cars damaged, with a cost of well over $10,000. That's a lot of damage from just two people.

No comments have been made at the time of writing this. Hand and Sourwine are both being held at the Des Moines County Correctional Center on $25,000 bond pending a court appearance, which has not yet been set.
