Welcome to another edition of 'What You're Wearing Wednesdays.'

In case you're new to this (like we are) here's how it works: Every Wednesday Noah and Olivia from the B100 Morning Show go toe-to-toe in a fashion face-off. They both pull out their spiffiest outfits and then they want you to vote to determine on 'who wore it better?.'
