Woman Wanted For Failing To Comply With Sex Offender Registry In Muscatine
Law enforcement in Muscatine is asking for the public's help in searching for a woman who has failed to comply with sex offender registry.
In a social media post on Wednesday, the Muscatine County Sheriff's Office said they are asking for the public's help in finding a woman who has failed to comply with sex offender registry.
Law enforcement officials are searching for Ms. Jennifer Lynn Millhouse is also known as Jennifer Lynn Clemens. She is wanted in Muscatine County on one count of Failure to Comply with the Sex Offender Registry.
Officials from the Muscatine County Sheriff's Office say in the social media post that this is her second/subsequent offense, which is a Class D Felony.
A Class D Felony in Iowa can earn someone a maximum prison term, not to exceed 5 years. That sentence may be deferred or suspended unless forcible felony. A Class D Felony could also land someone a fine of at least $750 but no more than $7,500.
Officials from the Muscatine County Sheriff's Office say that Ms. Millhouse is known to frequent Davenport and Muscatine.
