A New Women’s Boutique Is Headed To Downtown Davenport

A new store to house women's accessories, "everyday essentials", and gifts is coming to downtown Davenport.

Theo & Co, a men's clothing store in downtown Davenport, will open a women's counterpart to it called Theodora's. The sister store will be across the street from Theo & Co., which is on E. 2nd Street. Theodora's will be located inside the Urbane210 apartment building.

The apartment building has room for 4 businesses on the first floor. One of them will be Theodora's but the other three are unknown.

Just in time for this year's summer styles, the owner hopes to open Theodora's by June though an official date isn't released yet.

Theo & Co is a men's boutique and barbershop, locally owned and operated by Quad City native Annie Stopulos. Theo & Co carries leather goods, accessories, gifts, and can do custom fittings. They're located right next to Cookies & Dreams on E. 2nd Street.

The space that Theodora's will be moving into is Urbane210. It is a new building in the downtown Davenport landscape that has 56 apartments as well as room for businesses on the first floor.
