I've always been a fan of video games, and considered myself a decent player. But could I reach professional e-sports level? Probably not. And that's okay with me. But if your kid aspires to be a professional gamer – or maybe you yourself! – there's a path to get there now, and it's starting right here in the Quad Cities.

Beginning in just a few weeks, on March 11, local e-sports venue Paradigm is hosting an official e-sports training camp! The camp will span from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., according to the official Facebook page.

One hour will be set aside for lunch, with the other four dedicated to learning and growing as a gamer. Here's the official description:

Spring Break is a time to chill-out and have fun. Learn the secrets to a be better mentally and mechanically through a behind-the-scenes view of how the pros do it. Spend your Spring Break with training like a pro player with Paradigm Coaches.

The camp lines up nicely with Spring Break time, and is the perfect way to keep the kids occupied and engaged! For more info, you can email chase@paradigmamerica.com.
