We're quickly approaching Halloween 2024. People are getting their decorations up, buying candy to pass out during trick-or-treating, and even making plans to attend a costume party or two.

Halloween is an interesting holiday because it's pretty much the same no matter where you go. Everyone celebrates it the same and it's not really a family holiday like Christmas or Thanksgiving. But even though Halloween is the "smallest" holiday during the holiday season, it's a fun one.

It's a fun holiday for numerous reasons but celebrating Halloween is definitely more fun in some cities than others. Illinois has the 5th-best city to celebrate Halloween according to this new study and I bet you can guess which (or should I spell it witch?) city.
