Bettendorf Special Education Teacher Honored For “Going Out Of Her Way”
It's the Fall 2023 semester and we are heading out to schools with our awesome program with Nothing Bundt Cakes and Scooter's Coffee to honor and reward our awesome Quad Cities teachers and educators. It's called QC Teacher of the Week and we are so excited to announce this week's teacher of the week!
It's now time to announce this week's B100, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and Scooter's Coffee's QC Teacher of the Week!
Congrats go to Alexis Latimer, a Special Education teacher at Bettendorf Middle School in Bettendorf!
Ms. Latimer was nominated by 3 of her students: Alea, Gabby, and Valentina. They all had fantastic things to say about their teacher:
Ms. Latimer teaches Special Education at Bettendorf Middle School. She is the best teacher because she helped me complete all my missing work last year.
My favorite teacher is Ms. Latimer at BMS because when I need help she helps me in my free time. I asked her if she could call my other teacher when I and one and she is the best and the kindest teacher. She never gives up she tries so hard to teach and she does her best this is why Mrs. Latimer is the best teacher in the world.
Ms. Latimer at Bettendorf Middle School teaches 6-8th grade Special Education. She goes out of her way to help us be successful.
Awesome job, Ms. Latimer! Alea, Gabby, and Valentina were even on hand to help surprise her!
For being our QC Teacher of the Week, Ms. Latimer has been rewarded with a B100 Prize Pack including stickers, koozies, and more, plus an awesome cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes and a cup and gift card from Scooter's Coffee!
Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Ms. Latimer!
