One of the most notorious performers and stand-up comedians is coming to the Quad Cities. Carrot Top, the King of Props, is bringing his show to the Adler Theatre in Davenport on May 19th, 2022.

On Friday, the Adler Theatre announced that stand-up comedian and King of Props, Carrot Top, is coming to Davenport next year. Carrot Top has been making audiences around the world laugh for more than three decades and he is coming to Davenport to make the Quad Cities laugh too.

Since his debut on “Star Search,” Scott "Carrot Top" Thompson has become one of the most recognizable entertainers in the world. Carrot Top has been perfecting his craft in Las Vegas while headlining a residency at Luxor Hotel and Casino for over 15 years. Carrot Top, also known as the King of Props, uses his comedy to give his take on pop culture, music, and headlines of the day.

His trademark red hair and the inventive use of props have vaulted Carrot Top to the level that most comedians can only hope to reach. Carrot Top constantly channels his creative genius to invent new props. With a dozen trunks filled with approximately 200 props on stage each night, audience members can count on not seeing the same show twice.

Carrot Top is coming to the Adler Theatre in downtown Davenport on Thursday, May 19, 2022. The show will start at 7:30 p.m. Tickets to see Carrot Top next year at the Adler Theatre go on sale this Friday, October 22, at 10 a.m. in person at the Adler Theatre Box Office (136 E. 3rd St.) and online at Ticketmaster.com. Tickets are $29, $39 and $52
