Someone crashed into the German American Heritage Center this weekend.

According to Local 4 WHBF, a "car was coming into Iowa from the Centennial Bridge, police said, when it crashed into the building shortly after 1:45 a.m. Sunday."

They're a little banged up, but everyone's ok.

The good news is...none of this will affect the 5th annual Best of the Wurst Sausage Festival and Competition happening Saturday, June 25th from 11 am - 3 pm.

Who's got the best sausage?

The German American Heritage Center and Museum invite you to enjoy family activities, specialty pretzels, ice cream, and German brews.  Plus you can sample brats from competing local vendors to see who's got the best of the wurst!

You can purchase delicious food and of course, enjoy an ice-cold beer while you enjoy live music.
There will be various activities for kids and adults including screen printing, balloon animals, and more.
