On Monday, the City of Davenport released a map of the city's annual Halloween Parade. The parade will take place this Sunday, October 30, 2022, in downtown Davenport and will kick off at 2:00 p.m. from 2nd and Pershing Streets.

Davenport city officials say that this year's parade will have "a wonderful mix of youth groups, families, businesses, and school-based organizations will travel the parade route with decorated floats, vehicles of all sizes, and costumes of all kinds."

Where Should I Park?

Before Davenport's annual Halloween parade on Sunday, you're going to make sure you know where to park, which roads are closed, and other information that will be helpful before you head downtown this Sunday.

Beginning at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, the Redstone and RiverCenter parking ramps will be accessible via Brady Street only.  Visitors are encouraged to utilize both of these as the Harrison Street parking ramp will not be accessible after 11:30 a.m. Parking will be free in the ramps from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Free parking is also available in several parking lots south of River Drive as indicated on the map.

Duh! The City of Davenport says that spectators are encouraged to dress up in their favorite costumes. Make sure you bring a bucket for candy because participants will be handing out candy, not throwing it.

What's The Weather Going To Be Like Sunday In Davenport?

As of Monday, October 24th, Davenport's annual Halloween parade should be decent. The National Weather Service of the Quad Cities says that Sunday should be partly sunny with a high of 59°. That is susceptible to change, but it's looking good right now.
