Does This Make You Proud, Iowa?

In a study released by The Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation mapped where, geographically, Americans drink the most.

And I am most proud to announce that I have lived in two of the top five states (coincidence? I think not..)! Iowa came in at the no. 5 slot, while Wisconsin took home all the marbles at no. 1.

Vermont came in at a close second,while Montana and Washington D.C. claimed the no. 3 and no. 4 spots.

While I'm happy of my home-state's ranking. I feel like Iowa can do better. I've seen the way the locals drink and I have enough confidence to believe that we, as a team, can push  the Hawkeye state into number two, if not the number one spot.
