Downtown East Moline is Getting a Makeover

An exciting new look for downtown East Moline will be unveiled next week.

There's nothing better than a fresh, new look. Warmer temps, spring in the air and the excitement of being outdoors more and more, has got everyone of us on the edge of our seats for summer.

According to QCOnline.com, East Moline's downtown area is revealing something new.

"Community leaders have partnered to bring forward a new focal point in downtown East Moline. A greenspace with an architectural significant event stage is being created at the corner of 15th Avenue and 8th Street.  A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for 1:30 pm, Tuesday, March 28th, at the site."
