A pet store in Illinois had quite a bit of cleanup to do.

We all loved going to the pet store and looking at the pretty fish when we were kids. One of those tanks at Something Fishy Pets in Fox Lake had a bit of a scary moment.

The tank burst and 2,000 gallons of water spilled out of the tank, flooding the store. There were over 350 fish in the tank.

Something Fishy, which has been in the area for decades, was able to save 100 of the 350 fish. They posted the Ring video from the incident, where you can see water move everywhere in and out of the store:

And the tank was one of those you liked to look at in pet shops. Something Fishy owner, Derrick Johnson, told WGN:

Everyone liked to come in and look at the tank, and everything we had in there, we have on the wall for sale, so they could see how big it’s going to get, what it’s going to look like when it colors up.

The 20-year-old tank was being made into a 'Slice of the Amazon' theme. If you've ever had at least a somewhat-nice tank for fish, you know it can get expensive fast. Johnson said it will cost around $40,000 for them to repair the tank.

According to the GoFundMe started to help the store, the fish in the tank included tetras, corydoras, cat oto, farowella, angelfish, severums, plecos, and geophagus.

Johnson said he did also file an insurance claim to help with the cost.
