Eastern Iowa Teacher Awarded For Giving Students Extra Help

The Spring 2025 semester is about halfway done. But we are still out with our awesome program with Famous Dave's to honor and reward a great Quad Cities teacher.

It's now time to announce this week's B100 & Famous Dave's QC Teacher of the Week!

Congrats to Beth Nau, 3rd-grade teacher at Harrison Elementary in Davenport!

Ms. Nau was nominated by Jena, a parent of two of her students. She said in her nomination:

Ms. Nau had been a teacher at Harrison for years. My oldest son had her as a 3rd grade teacher three years ago and my daughter has her this year. You can just tell she has a special place in her heart for all her students. When the school day ends and the students head home, she does small group tutoring for those students who need some extra help including my daughter. She does this multiple days a week, sacrificing her personal time and asking for nothing in return! She’s truly a gem and we are soo lucky to have her at Harrison!
