Eastern Iowa Teacher Recognized For Commitment, Kindness

The Spring 2024 semester is underway and once again we are heading out to a school with our awesome program with Nothing Bundt Cakes and Scooter's Coffee to honor and reward our awesome Quad Cities teachers and educators. It's called QC Teacher of the Week and we are so excited to announce this week's teacher of the week!

It's now time to announce this week's B100, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and Scooter's Coffee's QC Teacher of the Week!

Congrats go to Connie Droessler Vens, Special Education teacher at Adams Elementary in Davenport!

Ms. Vens was nominated by Jennifer Williams, a parent of one of her students. Jennifer said in the nomination:

Ms. Connie is simply amazing. My 11 year old autistic son met her 5 years ago and she changed his life for the better. He has done a complete 180 because of her kindness and her ability to adapt to the kids needs. Ms. Connie is a real life angel on earth. I can never thank her enough for all she has done for my son. Thank you, Ms. Connie! You make all the difference! Thank you for your love and commitment to our kids. The world is so much better with you in it.
