Harry Potter fans of the Quad Cities, the Five Flags Center in Dubuque will be hosting a free Harry Potter Themed Reception in March!
In celebration of the hit stage show “Potted Potter” coming to Dubuque, the Five Flags Center is hosting a free Harry Potter-themed reception, which will include a costume contest where winners will receive tickets to Five Flags events.
