CASI's 32nd Annual St. Patrick's Day Race Presented By Russell Construction  happens Saturday March 15 in downtown Davenport at Main & 2nd,  after the biggest bi-state parade in the USA! It's always cool to see anything grow, and this race definitely has, cold, colder coldest....or nice and warm.
