Hit and Run: Davenport Police Need Your Help

New details emerge from an accident earlier this month. Can you help?

The accident happened on April 2, 2016. A bicyclist was taken to the Iowa City hospital. A hit and run accident, involving what we now know to be a white Mercedes Benz E-class, 2010 model or newer, with damage on the passenger side, according to KWQC.com.

Have you seen a vehicle in and around the Quad Cities that fits this description?

The 56 year old bicyclist has been released from the hospital, after having serious injuries. There's been no word on what, exactly, the original injuries were.
