See The Iowa "Bargain Mansion" That's Going Viral On TikTok

A home in Iowa is getting attention on TikTok because of it's size and price on the market.

A house in Ottumwa, Iowa was featured in a "Black Friday mansion deals" TikTok by user @housesthatarecool and it's garnering thousands of views.

The house is only $130,000 for 5,155 sq. ft., according to the listing on Realtor.com. It's 6 bed, 4 bath. You'll find the home at 423 N. Market Street.

It's a really nice home, with a lot of traditionally elegant accents. Probably because it was built in 1885. There's even a butler's kitchen and pantry, a library room, office space, fireplaces in rooms all throughout the house, and also beautiful crystal chandeliers. You'll see in the layout of the house alone that it's very classic. If it were to be haunted (as any older large house could be), it would be in the Disney style with the funny singing ghost heads instead of the legit creepy spirits.

The cool thing with this house is that it has several fancy rooms that you could just about make into anything. You could switch up what rooms you choose for the dining room, the library, the parlor, or the living room.
