Iowa City Police Needs Help In Find Missing Man From Muscatine
Iowa City Police continue to search for a missing man from Muscatine. Over the weekend, the Iowa City Public Safety social media page put up an early morning post on Sunday announcing the man was missing since early Saturday morning.
It's been a few days and Cristian Martinez, 20, of Muscatine is still missing and no one seems to have answers. Volunteers and public safety officials continue to search for Cristian and nothing has really turned up.
At 6:45 a.m. on Sunday morning, the Iowa City Police announced that they are in need of the public's help in finding Cristian Martinez or Muscatine. Martinez, 20, was reported missing to the Iowa City Police on Saturday, April 15th.
According to the report, Cristian was last seen in the alley behind the bar, Bardot Iowa (347 S Gilbert St., Iowa City) around 1 a.m. Saturday morning. Martinez's phone died earlier that evening and his family and friends were unable to reach him.
On Monday around 9 a.m., the Iowa City Police said that police and partner agencies were still continuing to search for Cristina but had one slight update.
Investigators believe that Cristian was last seen in the area of Harrison Street in Iowa City t 12:56 a.m.
On the Iowa Missing Person Information Clearinghouse website, Cristian is described as follows:

- Gender: Male
- Weight: 149 lbs.
- Hair Color: Black
- Eye Color: Brown
Cristian is a former Muscatine Muskie and is seen in the social media post posing in a Black Hawk College Braves Soccer uniform.
