19-year-old Dayton Kelting is being recognized for his actions following a serious wreck in Scott County this past weekend. Dayton called 911 after witnessing a two-car collision on Highway 61 near Blue Grass. But he went above and beyond simply calling for help.

Dayton rushed to dig through the debris of one car that had been ripped in half, reaching the driver and helping stabilize him until paramedics could arrive.

A great reminder that you should always try to help someone who needs it. Get more good news here!
