Florida Man Broke Into A JetBlue Plane To Take A Quick Nap
According to authorities, a man named Samuel Lackey was found sleeping inside of a Jetblue 2012 AirBus A320 that was sitting and waiting for service.
Broward Sheriff's Office officials said the suspect's actions were all caught on camera. They said it was easy for Lackey to get onto the plane because there were portable steps he could use. Maintenance was being done on the plane, as it sat at Jetscape Services.

According to law enforcement, Lackey climbed a fence to get into where the planes were kept, and he walked right into the plane on Saturday night.
As a result, there was a service interruption as the plane was scheduled for a flight.
Deputies said the doors to the plane were locked and the aircraft was pushed back into a parking space, and that's when Lackey took a nap. It was around 5:39am Sunday when JetBlue employees arrived and woke him up.

As of Wednesday afternoon, Lackey was being held at the Broward Main Jail, on unarmed burglary of an occupied conveyance, criminal mischief over $1000, and interrupting or impairing critical infrastructure. His total bond was set at $10,000.
