As a kid, we had a big fenced-in yard, so we never had to worry about making sure we took them out to go potty or get some exercise. We would still take them for walks, but when we did, there was always a bag to pick up poop. With the fence, we didn't have to worry about other dogs coming into our yard and pooping.

An Illinois woman was walking her dog. It pooped, so luckily she had a bag to pick it up. She was just a couple of blocks away from her home, but she threw the bag in her neighbor's yard. You're almost home. Why would you do that? The neighbor saw the whole thing, so she called the cops. The dog owner was arrested.
