Miley Cyrus debuted a new song at BBC Radio's Big Weekend Festival rehearsals on Friday, May 24.

During the day, videos surfaced online of Cyrus performing her new song "Cattitude." The song is more synth-based and electronic than her previous releases. The song begins with an almost rap of Cyrus singing about attitudes with dance elements playing in the background. Prior to the rehearsal, Cyrus tweeted images of her and cats with the word, "Cattitude."

After the rehearsal, Cyrus surprised fans and performed "Nothing Breaks Like A Heart" with her collaborator Mark Ronson, who was headlining Big Weekend's EDM Tent. Cyrus thanked Ronson for the invite, tweeting, "Thank you for last night EDM tent yassssss! She’s electro hennnnny!"

Cyrus is set to headline the festival tonight, May 26. She also tweeted asking Charli XCX if she will come on stage and perform "We Can't Stop" with her. Charli XCX replied to Cyrus' tweet, "queeeeeenn I’m ready let’s gooooooooo!!!!!!".

The two-day festival is held in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire, England. The festival features mostly pop and electronic acts and is also headlined by Little Mix, Khalid, Ellie Goulding, and Rita Ora.
