Mississippi Valley Fair Will Have Goat Yoga This Year
Let's face it, a goat yoga pic has been missing from your Instagram profile for way too long. You could add a pic of you doing goat yoga finally because goat yoga is coming to the 2021 Mississippi Valley Fair. Get ready to burn off all of the deep-fried food with adorable baby goats at The Fair!
On Tuesday, officials from the Mississippi Valley Fair announced the newest edition to this year's fair. Goat yoga.
Also known a caprine vinyasa, officials say that baby goat yoga has made many people perform yoga poses with baby goats. The Caprine vinyasa session at the 2021 Mississippi Valley Fair is meant to a relaxed form of yoga which will consist of different yoga poses. Those yoga poses will be mainly at a beginner's level but are meant for everyone at different levels of performing yoga.
The goat yoga session at this year's fair is an all-ages event.
The session will be held on the final day of the fair, Sunday, August 8th inside the SMA building on the fairgrounds.
Those interested can sign up the day of the session at 12:30 p.m. with the session starting at 1 p.m. The baby goat yoga class on Sunday will run for about 45 minutes.
Officials say that gate admission to get onto the fairgrounds will be $10 per person with the goat yoga class only costing $5.
Those participating need to bring their own yoga mat.
Mississippi Valley Fair officials even listed ways to prepare for their baby goat yoga class:
- Wear clothes you will not mind getting licked by baby goats
- Expect some accidents to happen on the practice floor
- Tie back your hair if you have long hair
- Be ready for amazing and overwhelming cuteness
