It's no secret that the Quad Cities have pretty decent options when it comes to higher education. Nine options, to be specific. Then again, maybe it has been a secret. It seems the world is just learning about this!

According to WQAD, Moline has officially been named one of the best cities for college students to live in while learning. The ranking comes thanks to a site called College Factual, which compared more than 3,000 universities.

The rankings were reportedly based on "student body caliber, educational resources, degree completion, and post-graduation earnings."

It is true that cost of living in the Quad Cities is lower than in most places. This may be a contributing factor in increased earnings post-grad. Regardless, it is an impressive list to make, and not the first one like it that the Quad Cities have been represented on!
