Moline Restaurant Closes With No Warning

Ryan's Family Steakhouse in Moline was a place you could go to grab a good meal with as many trips to the buffet as you'd like to make. On Monday it's employees were told that the restaurant was closing for good. The day before a sign on the door said Ryan's was closed for inventory.

According to WQAD, the company that owned Ryan's and several other chains sold the restaurants to "Ovation Brands" last August. In February, about 74 of the restaurants owned by the new corporation were closed, and more shuttered in March, without warning.
