More than St. Patrick’s Day for Demi Lovato

Today marks a special anniversary for Demi Lovato and it is not just because it is St. Patrick's Day.

For Demi, this marks her third year of being sober. I congratulate her for making such a difficult decision for her life. I know this, always choosing your health and well-being is never a decision you regret. I know this from experience. I also know that I regretted each time I didn't choose the healthier route. Whether it's food, emotional health (relationships too) or substance abuse, remember that abuse is abuse and it's a hard cycle to break. The good news is, it CAN be done!

Demi is living proof. I am living proof, others I know are survivors too. Whatever you do, don't give up!
