It's a new music Friday! Bruno Mars has come out with a brand new song that has a ton a soul and a very 70's style to it. Mars has teamed up with Anderson .Paak to create the group Silk Sonic for 'Leave The Door Open'.

On Friday, Bruno Mars, and Anderson .Paak have created a new group called Silk Sonic. They released their first song as a group titled 'Leave The Door Open' on Friday. This is the first song that Mars has been on and released since 2019.

According to the press release sent when the song was released, Multiple GRAMMY® Award winners Bruno Mars & Anderson .Paak today released the first single, “Leave the Door Open” from their highly anticipated new collaboration, Silk Sonic.

Named Silk Sonic by the legendary Bootsy Collins, Bruno and Anderson have come together to create the set list of doom. “Leave The Door Open” was produced by Marsand D’Mile, and written by Bruno, Anderson, D’Mileand Brody Brown.

“Leave the Door Open” is available everywhere today along with a very special intro track featuring special guest host Bootsy Collins.

The official music video for “Leave The Door Open” is streaming now on YouTube. Silk Sonic’s debut album, AN EVENING WITH SILK SONIC will be available later this year.

Today also marks the debut of Bruno Mars’ first lifestyle clothing collection, teaming up with Lacoste to launch Ricky Regal.
