Play, Drink And Get Sunny At B100 Days Of Summer Kickoff At Kelso’s

It's for sure: Summer 2025 is going to be one of the best summers yet. And to start it off right, we're having a kickoff party of course.

Most of us can agree that Memorial Day weekend is the start of summer, the season of lake days, later sunsets, and more stuff to do. We're going to start the season with the hottest kickoff party around: the B100 Days of Summer Kickoff At Kelso's.

The Festivities

The B100 Days of Summer powered by U.S. Cellular starts soon!

Join us on Memorial Day (Monday, May 26th) from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. at Kelso's Corner Bar in the Village of East Davenport (specifically 1117 Mound Street). I (Sarah) will be there with music, cool swag, and your chance to win a pair of Mississippi Valley Fair Fun Cards!

It's also a great opportunity to let the kids (and possibly some cooped-up adults) get some energy out at the Kwik Star Criterium bicycle race that's going through the Village that day! If you can't ride a bike (like me), we can cheer on the more athletically gifted! Plus cowbells will be handed out to help us cheer on the racers! All ages are welcome!

It's A Beachin' Party

Kelso's will even have souvenir cups for each drink purchased! Food trucks will be open starting at 10:30 a.m. until they run out of food. 

If you're really ready to bust into your summer wardrobe, put on your best summer party clothes! It's gonna be lit, no cap as the kids say. Kelso's will open at 9:00 a.m. on Memorial Day and they also have mocktails if you're not a big drinker.

And plus, it's porch season and Kelso's has a fantastic porch and outdoor area. Bags and Jenga will be available plus 4 outdoor TV's.
