Top 5 Pop Artists The Quad Cities Wants To See At The Mississippi Valley Fair
Almost a week ago, we wrapped up the 2021 Mississippi Valley Fair. This year's fair featured Jason Aldean, LOCASH, Shinedown, Old Dominion, Craig Morgan, and of course, Pitbull. Earlier this week, I asked who you wanted to see at MVF 2022 and you answered. We have the top 5 pop artists that the Quad Cities wants to see take the Grandstand stage next year.
Before we reveal the top 5 pop artists that the Quad Cities wants to see at MVF 2022, I'll once again say that whoever Shawn Loter and the amazing people at the fair announce as the grandstand acts for MVF 2022 will be amazing. While country artists continue to be in popular demand at fairs, have a pop artist come to the Quad Cities is pretty cool. If you saw the Pitbull show, you know that pop acts can work here.
I gave some of my suggestions of who would be great to play next year. In case you forgot who they were, here you go.
Pop Artist Perfect For MVF
These pop artists I think that would be perfect for next year's MVF have enough hits to put on one hell of a show. Not too many slow songs (if any) and they are likable artists that people would love to see. Plus, they could bring in a pretty decent size crowd and wouldn't cost the fair a fortune. If you disagree with me, that's cool. Let me know your opinion in the comments or email me your hate. It's cool!
- Jason Derulo
- Demi Lovato
- Shawn Mendes
- Camila Cabello
- Charlie Puth
- Macklemore
Spoiler alert, none of these artists are on this list. You actually came up with a lot of artists I didn't think of or ones I thought wouldn't come to the Quad Cities. I'm a realist and honest.
I went through all of the comments on the post above and counted the most popular pop artists that were mentioned. I know, Luke Combs was mentioned a lot, but he's strictly country. This list focused on pop artists or artists that are country that has crossed over into the pop genre.
