Just when you thought pumpkin spice was at its peak popularity and you've seen all the products imaginable, there's one that sneaks up on ya.

And that's exactly what this recipe did. It shook me right to my core as I read "Pumpkin Spice Latte Jell-O Shots."

I now know what will be accompanying me on my birthday.. (it's Oct. 26th - set those calendars!).
