A few weeks ago, we shared that Rosewood Care Center in Moline has been fined for verbal abuse and neglect against patients stemming from several incidents that took place last year.

Despite hiring a new administrator last fall, the nursing home continues to come under fire.

Now another patient is now sharing her story of alleged misconduct by the nursing home.

WQAD reports that a woman named Glenda has missed important doctor's appointments, isn't receiving proper medication, and has been treated poorly by staff.

Glenda was originally supposed to stay at Rosewood for 4-6 to complete rehabilitation, but her stay has been extended indefinitely.

Glenda's daughter, Angie Huff, is frustrated with the way her mother's stay has been handled by Rosewood staff.

"I don't understand how a facility that helps people can do things like that and get by with it," Huff said. "I want to go stay there all day and watch to make sure they don't do anything like that... but I can't."
