QCA Man Arrested for Child Porn and Solicitation of a Child

KWQC reports that Milan resident Jeffrey Hallesy was arrested last week for possessing child pornography and indecent solicitation of a child.

Illinois State Police investigators were tipped off by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that Hallesy was engaging in inappropriate conversation with an Illinois child.

This tip was backed up by digital evidence and a witness statement.
