Aw Shucks! Shuckfest 2022 Happens In Morrison, IL July 30th

Holy shuck! This is probably the most Midwestern festival you could find. There's a festival based solely around corn (no, not the band Korn) in Northwest Illinois. It's called Shuckfest and it's held in Morrison, IL. It's coming up at the end of this month and tickets are on sale at a lower price.

I'll try to keep the corny jokes to a minimum here (there's one). Morrison, IL is gearing up for a full day based around the crop the Midwest is most known for, corn.

Shuckfest 2022 is happening in Morrison on Saturday, July 30th, 2022. The one-day event starts at 12 p.m. and ends at 10 p.m. The official website for Shuckfest describes exactly what it is and it's exactly what you assume.

"Sweet Corn themed festival bringing together Morrison residents and our neighbors. Shuckfest will be a memorable day full of food, vendors, music, a cornhole tournament and a kids foam party."

This year's Shuckfest is shaping up to be another great festival themed around corn and will have plenty of activities for all ages.

Shuckfest 2022 will take up 3 blocks of Main Street in Morrison between Orange Street and Route 78. Along those three blocks (from west to east) you'll find:

If you think you have a one shucking good Corn Hole team, you can enter one of the two Corn Hole tournaments. It's $50 per team for the Championship tournament and $20 per team for the Casual tournament.
