Slide The City, We Want One!

How awesome would this be in the Quad Cities?! "Slide The City" is basically a HUUUUUGE slip 'n slide set up down a hill in the middle of your city for everyone to enjoy. Our two questions are: When is this coming to the Quad Cities? AND Which hill will they choose?
